Everything you need to know before getting started with one of our office exercise programs.

No equipment is needed for most sessions. All exercises are designed to be performed at or near a standard office workstation using only bodyweight.

Absolutely. Our programs are designed to be accessible regardless of your current activity level. Sessions are scalable and our team can provide alternative movements if needed.

Both options are available. In-person sessions are held at our South Yarra location or at partner workplaces in Melbourne. Online sessions are delivered via video link.

Plans operate on a monthly basis and can be changed or cancelled with notice before the next billing cycle. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.

Yes. The Workplace Wellness Plan is designed with teams in mind and includes group workshops. Contact us for custom team pricing if your group has more than five participants.
