This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Flushingttdetoxi may provide refunds, credits, or cancellations for our exercise programs and services. We are committed to delivering high-quality programs and will work with you if you have concerns about your experience.
This policy is provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) and applies to all services provided by Flushingttdetoxi to customers in Australia.
1. Our Services and the Nature of Refunds
Flushingttdetoxi provides subscription-based exercise programs and individual sessions. As our services involve the delivery of digital and in-person content, refund eligibility depends on the type of service and the circumstances of the request.
We are committed to customer satisfaction and will always aim to resolve concerns fairly and promptly. If you are unhappy with a service, we encourage you to contact us as early as possible.
2. Monthly Subscription Programs
2.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellations must be submitted at least 5 business days before the next billing date to take effect for the following billing cycle. Cancellations submitted after this window will take effect from the cycle after the upcoming one.
To cancel, contact our team directly via the Contact page or by phone. We do not charge any cancellation fees.
2.2 Refunds for Unused Periods
If you cancel your subscription partway through a billing period, we do not provide pro-rated refunds for the remaining unused portion of that period. Your access to the program and all associated resources will continue until the end of the period for which you have paid.
2.3 Change of Plan
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for plan downgrades made mid-cycle.
3. Refunds for Service Issues
If a session was not delivered as described, was significantly disrupted due to factors within our control, or if there is a technical failure that prevented access to content you paid for, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund or session credit. Each request is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Please contact us within 14 days of the issue occurring, providing details of the problem. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 7 business days.
4. Australian Consumer Law Guarantees
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Under the ACL, consumers have rights to guarantees including that services will be provided with due care and skill and will be fit for any purpose communicated to us. If we fail to deliver on these guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy including a refund, re-performance of the service, or compensation for consequential loss.
5. Workshop and Event Bookings
For team workshops and one-off events:
- Cancellations made 10 or more business days before the event date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 5 and 9 business days before the event will receive a 50% refund or the option to reschedule without fee.
- Cancellations made fewer than 5 business days before the event are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled once at no additional charge, subject to availability.
6. Rescheduling Sessions
Individual sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited, unless the request is due to an emergency or circumstances beyond your control, in which case we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.

Please include your name, the service in question, the date of purchase or session, and a brief description of your reason for requesting a refund. We will respond promptly and work toward a fair resolution.
8. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the refund being confirmed. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not issue cash refunds.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Return and Refund Policy periodically. The most current version will always be available on this page, identified by the “Last updated” date at the top. Changes do not affect refund requests made prior to the update date.
